Sony A500 reviews
The Sony Alpha A500 was announced in late August 2009, together with the 14mp Alpha A550. It uses the 12mp Sony CMOS which seems to be doing quite well in the Pentax K-x. And certainly Sony sensors did not hurt the 12mp APS-C Nikon DSLRs.
