Nikon D700 reviews
Introduction
The Nikon D700 was introduced on July 1st, 2008, amidst a buys week of waves and waves of rumors and leaks. The D700 slots right in between the Nikon D300 and the Nikon D3, and not just figuratively. It "borrows" from both cameras. It uses a 12-megapixel 35mm full frame FX CMOS sensor, similar perhaps to the one found in the D3, and it is the second 35mm full frame DSLR announced by Nikon. For the latest updates on the camera, be sure to check the D700 Diary and the D700 stock status page.
