The Nikon D5000 follows up on the D60, but also adds DSLR-Video along with a more versatile LCD display. Nikon D5000 is a great camera. Way better than the entry level D3000 but just a little bit lower specs than D90. The swivel+tilt screen is the selling point.

Ya i like d5000 and its far better than d3000. I am just waiting for the launch of d3100. Heard a lot of hype about it.
