Problems: Photographer discovers that his new Canon 5D Mark III was actually used to make the DigitalRev review

This is a new episode of The Trouble Repor(t). A photographer purchased a brand new Canon 5D Mark III DSLR from DigitalRev, and it turns out, the camera purchased as new was the camera used by DigitalRev to make their review. Based on the above, the photographer pin-pointed the origins of his camera, it was used in this YouTube review by DigitalRev, and you can see what type of "adventures" this brand new camera went through :)

Now if this was a used purchase or a $5 accessory, no big deal. But if you are paying for a brand new $3000+ camera, you would expect at least to get a brand new camera :)

On the other hand, doesn't this make it a collector's item? :) Especially in a few years when Kai becomes a world famous comedian?
