Problem Solved: Digital Rev accepts responsibility for sending photographer used camera as new

We have a happy ending alert! The saga of photographer Rob Dunlap who received as new a used Canon 5D Mark III that was used in a Digital Rev video by Kai himself has a happy ending. Digital Rev accepted complete responsibility and promised to make up for it for the photographer and also create a new position for internal audits. In an era of spin, deflect, deny, and muddy the waters, it is nice that some companies accept the blame without trying to spin out of it.
