Photographer Bait? 20-inch 4K Panasonic tablet running Windows 8

Already photographers are using the iPad and other tablets for some forms of image manipulation and management. Granted, nothing can replace a desktop computer setup for hardcore work, but... what if you had a 20-inch 4K resolution tablet with stylus support running Windows 8 to play with? How useful would it be? Panasonic is asking this question indirectly by showing such a working device at CES 2013.
