Surprise! Adobe announces Photoshop and Premiere Elements 11 (and reviewed)

Just like clockwork, a year after announcing Elements 10 and two years after announcing Elements 9, Adobe is back with a new version. The curtain is pulled back for Photoshop and Premiere Elements version 11!
