With the Emmys around the corner, it feels like Awards season, so we are giving away some Awards! Photokina 2012 Internet Coverage Awards (PICA)! The coveted PICA awards! Before you read any further, make sure you put on your tuxedos and formal dresses! Don't read any further until you are formally attired!

Best Photographer-Priority Hands-on Reports
Quesabesde produces great photographer-priority hands-on reports, bringing you (the photographer) as close to the camera - short of having the camera right there in your hands. Here are some of the examples that earned them this award: Panasonic GH3 and Leica M.

Pixel-Peeping Dedication Award
The chaotic nature of a big trade show did not deter Fotopolis.pl from their commitment to pixel-peeping! When all else failed, they boldly improvised to make sure the ISO-range color-chart shots were taken! Here are a couple of examples of their dedication that earned them the award: Sigma SD1 samples and Sony NEX-6 samples

Impact Interview Award
The Hasselblad Lunar turned into a kerfuffle and a mini ridicule internet-meme. Hasselblad tried to explain their thinking with an interview with Olivier Laurent at the British Journal of Photography.

Most Booth Reports Award
