iPhone 5 available for pre-order (with Sept-28 delivery estimate)

The new iPhone 5 (announced on Wednesday), a not-camera camera, is now available for pre-order on a two-year contract for $200 (16GB) or $300 (32GB) or $400 (64GB) at Apple and AT&T and Verizon Wireless and Sprint.
