Curiosity factor: Why the FTC allowed the Facebook - Instagram purchase
Earlier on, the FTC blessed the much-talked-about Facebook purchase of Instagram. With Facebook getting bigger and bigger and Instagram being a very popular camera app, this was not necessarily considered a slam dunk beforehand.
