Kodak files paperwork to auction 1,100+ imaging patents

A new update from Reuters.com. Kodak has filed the necessary paperwork to get the ball rolling on the auctioning of its 1,100+ imaging patents. The Reuters story estimates the auction will be held in early August, and so far, 20 interested parties have signed confidentiality agreements on these. (via Techmeme).
