Adobe launches Photoshop CS6 and Creative Cloud
Beta no more! Adobe has officially launched Photoshop CS6, CS6 suites, Illustrator CS6 and its Creative Cloud subscription service - among others. The complete list can be found at the official Adobe blog. Photoshop CS6 is priced at $700 for new buyers, $200 for qualifying upgrades at The Adobe Store (North America).
Photoshop CS6 subscriptions are $30 for month-to-month and $20 per month with a 1-year contract ($240 for 12 months). Creative Suites, as usual, are priced higher. Creative Cloud subscriptions are $75 per month month-to-month or $50 per month with a 1-year contract ($600 for 12 months).
However, if you are a registered CS3 (or newer) user, there is a promotion available until August 31, 2012 at The Adobe Store (North America) that gets you one year of Creative Cloud for $30 per month with a 1-year contract ($360 for 1-year). Only the first 12 months are at the discounted price of $30/month.
Adobe is planning a live online event for the CS6 launch for Monday April 23 at 1pm ET time (New York City time).
