Fuji will "propose" to Olympus (a capital & business alliance)

As we get closer to Valentine's day, Fuji is buying roses and chocolate! A new update by Nikkei upon Reuters says that Fuji "will present a capital and business alliance offer to Olympus". 20%-30% ownership stake is the most Olympus is willing to give - assuming Olympus has the luxury of options.

Again, please note, Fuji's drive behind this is the medical equipment business. There is no mention of the impact of this in the digital camera business.
