New Olympus Tough TG-615 waterproof camera in Japan

It appears we have a new camera announcement in Japan! Olympus is revealing the new Tough TG-615, another waterproof camera, presumably following up on the TG-610 announced at CES 2011. Details at DC Watch (computer translated) and Olympus Japan (computer translated).

It has a 14mp 1/2.3" CCD, 5x optical zoom (28-140mm eq) with sensor-shift stabilization, 3-inch display, etc. I do not know if/when it will be announced elsewhere.

This increases the number of new cameras in 2011 to 136, of which only 12 are of the interchangeable-lens variety.
