Kodak wins a round against Apple in master of the obvious patent fights
The never-ending legal battles over "master of the obvious patents" continues to be a stimulus package for lawyers around the world. All this patent silliness is stifling innovation, almost as bad as the shared-monopoly ISP/cable companies coming up with artificial caps on data consumption and killing off or delaying innovations that rely on data volume.
