Kodak hoping for $1 billion in patent royalties from Apple and RIM

Patent trolling at its best! Kodak is hoping to convince a judge to revive their case against Apple and RIM (Blackberry) for violating their amazing patent of ...previewing images on a camera phone screen. Kodak has already milked around $1 billion from Samsung and LG on this patent. Details at Bloomberg and discussed in the geekosphere. Who wants to start an anti-patent-trolling tea party? ;-)
