Canon Video group "endorses" Thunderbolt

Intel is having another one of those power-play initiatives with Thunderbolt and yesterday an executive from the Canon Video Products Group "endorsed" it in a short press release at the Intel newsroom.

Reactions to the press release at Gadget Lab which speculates whether this will make it to DSLRs too and at Engadget which points out that Canon has not even issued their own press release on this and made no promises of actual products.
