PMA changes name to ...CliQ???

The Imaging Insider has noticed that the PMA trade show website has leaked its new name. It will now be called CliQ, not PMA. "CliQ" is the "proper" case-sensitive spelling.

This is a rather strange choice of name, perhaps trying to reboot PMA and infuse it with social media and internet undertones (clique? click?)

They have also launched a new photo contest but the prize is a rather humble Nikon D3000. Had the prize been the Nikon D7000 instead, it would have given them at least two orders of magnitude more buzz :)
