Blog update: Some comments not showing up

We have a trouble repor(t): Some of the Intense Debate comments are not showing up on the page, even though they should have been posted, and you can see them in your Intense Debate account and the comments feed. These are not held up by the commenting system filters. We will try to figure out what is wrong... (If you see some comments repeated twice it is probably from attempts to test/check this issue)

Older posts using the TypePad original and 2.0 and Blogspot commenting systems should be okay since they are unrelated. (yes, this blog is a commenting system soup!)
