24-megapixel Sony A77 coming in mid-2011?

A new rumor at Sony Alpha Rumors says that Sony's new A77 "advanced" pellicle mirror camera will have a 24-megapixel sensor (twenty-four) but it won't be a noise-fest despite the increase in megapixelation. They give it their highest rumor rating. Please note, rumors are rumors, so please don't line-up outside the SonyStyle stores just yet ;-)
