Review Train (Hasselblad H4D-40, Canon S95, EX1/TL100, FZ100 ISO range, 60D hands-on, etc)
Time for another review round-up! If you enjoy giant prints, landscapes or other steady subjects, and love more-more-more megapixels, and you have pulled your dough out of the Dow just in time, you may be a good candidate for digital medium format. BJoP has published their review of the Hasselblad H4D-40, which as the name suggests has a 40mp CCD 44x33mm sensor.
Noise can be such a bru(i)t with small sensor cameras! Focus Numerique has published their Panasonic FZ100 ISO-range tests, which feature full-size JPEG and RAW (.RW2) test-scenes shot with the FZ100 going from ISO 100 to 1600. The links to the RAW files are below the first set of crops - use your browser's search function to look for the word "Raw" or "fishier" to find them :)
The floodgates have opened for the Canon S95, which means the review parade is underway. Today's action comes from Digital Camera Info where they have published a first impressions repor(t).
I'm still here says the Samsung EX1/TL500 as it points out to a brand new short review at Cameras UK.
+ Kodak M580 at Trusty Reviews (yes, the Schneider name is on the lens of a $150 camera)
