RED window starting to close, Canon shows 4K concept camera

RED's 4K video advantage window is now starting to close. At the 2010 Canon Expo in New York City, Apple Canon is showing a prototype for a 4K video camera! Please note this is a prototype concept camera shown, not an official product announcement, so it may take a while before something like this actually gets in the hands of videographers. The sensor mentioned is 2/3". This does not necessarily mean that an actual future product will have a 2/3" sensor? (the camera shown is only as a concept camera, not an actual product)

Also at the 2010 Expo, Philip Bloom tweeted a picture of a "Canon 00D" DSLR but he did have a wink. We mentioned that earlier today.
