Probably a typo in the press release: Sony Exmor-R for DSLRs

One of our readers, George, points out in the comments of the previous post that the Sony.net press release (via Sony Alpha Rumors) mentions "Exmor" sensors for DSLRs, while the Business Wire press release mentions "Exmor R" - which is what we mentioned in the previous post that was asking whether Sony would be making Exmor-R DSLR-size sensors.

We are guessing this was likely a typo that was probably corrected on the Sony website but the corrections did not propagate through to Business Wire.

Great, now we have to run "diff" on all the press releases ;-) This is a great opportunity for a new iPhone/Android app - "The Press Release Differ" :)
