New Casio EX-Z16 $100 P&S LiIon compact (we missed it earlier on?)

It appears we have a new camera out in the market, one we have yet to mention, the new Casio EX-Z16, a LiIon-powered slim P&S compact camera with an affordable starting price of $100. We spotted this at the B&H Photo, where the specs mention a 12mp 1/2.3" sensor, 3X optical zoom (35.5-106.5 eq), 2.7" (230K) LCD display, slim body, NP-80 LiIon battery, and things like that. Once upon a time LiIon-powered cameras were selling at a premium to AA equivalents, but now, the LiIons have eaten the AAntilopes ;-)

It looks like we may have missed this one when it was announced, or perhaps Casio did not include it in their press releases. With so many cameras coming out at a fast pace, this is not the first time a manufacturer may have "forgotten" to mention an entry-level camera.
