System Switch: Canon to Nikon for wedding photographer Allister Freeman

The ebbs and flows of DSLRs typically cause switches among professional photographers, and in this episode, wedding photographer Allister Freeman documents his switch from Canon to Nikon, and more specifically from the Canon 5D Mark II to the Nikon D700 - for his documentary-style photography work. There is a long discussion of this in the dpreview Canon forum and as you can except, some of the Canon users are not very happy. Meanwhile a couple of eagle-eyed forum users have noticed that the person who started the thread in the dpreview forums may actually be the photographer's associate :)
