Picture #19000 in the Readers Flickr Pool

We have a new milestone in the Readers Flickr pool, you have now passed the 19,000 submissions mark! As usual, we feature the millenium mark picture, and this time it is a concert picture by Kitch (website) of one of the members of the band Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, shot with the Canon 40D.

Everyone is welcome to submit their pictures, but please do not post NSFW/adult material. People reading this mostly text-based blog at work have an expectation of not having NSFW material staring them in the face when they load the page :)

Pictures are displayed here using a standard flickr widget provided by flickr. You can add or remove your pictures at any time by simply adding them or removing them from the flickr pool or the flickr group. We do not store the pictures anywhere, nor use them for anything other than to showcase them.

If you prefer an alternate view of the flickr pool, one of the popular flickr-sphere services, flickriver, offers what they they call interesting pictures from the flickr pool. We don't know what the flickriver "most interesting" secret formula is, but it does a pretty good job.
