Vincent Laforet recaps the CineGear show in 200 seconds [HD-DSLR video]

If you are not following the HD-DSLR world very closely, Canon Explorer of Light (list) Vincent Laforet has a 200-second video where he recaps the action at the Cine Gear show. Featured in the video are a 7-head monster made of 5D Mark IIs (plural, not a new model), the RED Epic 5K RAW and their competitor, ARRI's Alexa, and flat-bread light pizzas, aka Lite Panels.

Since we are talking HD-DSLRs, Cinema 5D points out that the HD Magazine points out that ARRI's Alexa has turned in their homework just before the deadline - they began shipping models today to meet their June shipping promise.

I don't think we mentioned Alexa in detail before, so we will have more on them in the next few days/weeks. In the meantime, you can check the various documents, test charts and user manuals available at the Arri Digital website.
