Review Train (lenses, Leica M9, Panasonic G2 and G10, Sony NEX-5)
The reviews are piling up, so time to take another snapshot! We start with lenses, with brand new reviews of the Canon 70-200mm f2.8L II IS, Nikon's 18-200mm DX VR II, the Leica 50mm f0.95 Noctilux, Samyang's fisheye and many more. To avoid repetition, you can find the latest lens reviews at the Lens Review Diary, which now has an RSS feed.
To practice your French, allez at Focus Numerique where they have completed their Sony NEX-5 review. They publish their reviews in parts, so you may have seen some of the segments that were previously published. Speaking of the NEXxies, ephotozine was there at the UK launch and it looks like Sony hired a lot of actors from Syfy's monster-of-the-week movies ;-)
Next we move to Register Hardware, a mirror-optional community with two new mirrorless reviews, a hands-on with the Sony NEX-5, and a review of the Leica M9, which is the most reasonably (okay, least-unreasonably) priced digital Leica M-series to date.
And we close this mini-roundup with a mini-camera, the review-a-day Canon SD4000 IS (aka Ixus 300HS, aka Ixy 30S, aka Ixulanthium 300000), getting a new evaluation of its backlit-CMOS-ness at C|Net A|sia.
