The Leaderboard (most new cameras in 2010)

It's been two months since we posted a leaderboard, so it is time for a refresh! Based on the list of new cameras in 2010 we have the "leaderboard" as of April 2nd, 2010 - the most new cameras in this year broken down by manufacturer. Unlike sports, being #1 on this list is not necessarily a positive thing :) Leica is the only major company that hasn't "scored" in 2010.

The second graph shows the 123 new cameras of this year broken down by type. As you can see, it is a shiny-silver party once again, but the superzooms (10X or higher zoom ratio) are representing.
