Production level DxOMaRk data for Canon D-Rebel T2i/550D

The previous RAW sensor data set from Dxomark for the Canon T2i/550D was using a pre-production camera, so now that the camera has began shipping, they have retested the camera and they are now sharing the production-camera test results. Sadly they have removed the pre-production data so we can't do an A/B comparison.

One very interesting 3-way in the Canon world is the 7D vs T2i/550D vs T1i/500D comparison. The first two have 18mp APS-C sensors, while the last two are sequential update models.

You can also see how it fits in the grand scheme of things, where a number of 12mp DSLRs reign supreme among the APS-C models. As always with DXOMARK data, be sure to note that they are only evaluating the RAW output of the sensor, they are not wall-to-wall camera comparisons!
