New Sony HX5v and Canon SX210 IS funzoom reviews
If you are trying to decide which compact-fun-travel-zoom to get, two more reviews are out and about today! First up, the backlit Sony HX5v gets the Trusted Reviews review, and then the Canon SX210 IS gets the Tech Radar review. As usual, we won't spoil their findings here.
The 2010 model-year has added some diversification to the market - as expected perhaps - as the number of models increased. Now there are some cameras with backlit CMOS sensors, a couple with built-in GPS, a few with 1080p, and a variety of zoom-ranges and zoom-ratios. And they all take SD/SDHC, including Sony and Olympus models. Needless to say, none of them is perfect, but will there ever be a perfect camera? (not a rhetorical question)
