Interview with Panasonic on Micro 4/3rds at Imaging Recourse
Interview time again at Imaging Resource this time it is with a PanaBorg (Panasonic) senior camera planner, Yoshiyuki Inoue, who also worked for Minolta. The interview is very Micro Four Thirds and mirrorless centric, and it includes the dirt-cheap truth about ...mirrors :) (remember, the guy worked for Minolta before). He also "leaks" the camera names GF3 and GH3 (as an example though, not an actual product). The interviewer also asks the question of coordinated development with Olympus which (the lack of co-ordination) is, in our noisy opinion, one of the negatives of M43rds as a system right now. Towards the end of the interview, the Panasonic guy reveals his (surprising?) dream! Oh my! This is a must read interview!
