Samsung NX official soon? Canon on February 9? (and a Ricoh fantasy)

A couple of the regular "NX chasers" at the dpreview Samsung forum have new updates, including a mention at a Korean newspaper and a forum member going to Vegas to work on the NX-10 booth. And a different source points to an official announcement coming later today/tonight (depending on where you are).

On the Canon front, Canon Rumors says that there will be a Canon announcement around February 9, one of two. As you may recall, Canon splits the EOS and Powershot announcements, so as not to cannibalize the attention. In 2009, Canon announced a group of Powershots in mid-February, the A480 in mid-January and the T1i/500D in late March. See them all at the Cameras of 2009 page.

And now we go to fantasy island. I have to repeat, the following is not a rumor or a leak, it is a hypothetical design for a "Ricoh GZ" 35mm-full-frame camera created by Reitensen and discussed in the RicohForum forum. This is a user-creation, not an actual Ricoh camera. And for the speed-readers and wishful thinkers out there, this is not real!
