One more case of stealing a photographer's work
The internet. A vast repository of all you can eat everything. Or so think some people. One of the worst nightmares of a photographer is policing all the people who liberally cut and paste their work, and they think that simply posting a "Thanks to" or "Via" at the bottom of a post gives them the right to republish everything, pictures, text, you name it! e-diots?
One such case has just come to our attention from photographer Stephen Alvarez whose work published at National Geographic got republished without permission at an MFA blogspot blog (you can find the link via Stephen's blog, we do not want to promote the MFA here).
PS: MFA = a website or blog made-for-Adsense or made-for-advertising
