Canon 1D Mark IV adventures in Prague and other stories
A wild 1D Mark IV adventure in Prague with Philip Bloom is chronicled. The first half talks about filming in Prague and interacting with people in the world of film, while the second part focuses on the technical aspects of the pre-production 1D Mark IV and talks sensor size, wide-angle and APS-H. The 4-minute video closes the segment.
Staying with pre-production, there is a long discussion in the dpreview forums two high-ISO pictures available at full-size on flickr by Eirik Urke.
Next there are some production samples, posted three days ago, also in the dpreview forum. The title in that thread is a typo, it should be 1D Mark IV, not 1Ds Mark IV. There is no such thing as a 1Ds Mark IV yet! There is also some discussion as to the identicalness of the samples. We blog, you untangle, you decide :)
Meanwhile, Canon Rumo(u)rs writes that they have reports from two snowy European cities of the 1D Mark IV being sold to humans!
