As usual, deciding a winner is a difficult and subjective process. But decide we must... And the winner is... "Young Runner" by Victor Bezkurov featuring two symbols of peace. But as with all pictures, it is also subject to interpretation - if you are a staunch pessimist, you can see this as a stark visual, the inherent nature of humanity scaring away peace at an early age.
