Yashica EZ-F521 (aka "Digital Holga") gets DC Watch review
Japanese website DC Watch has published a detailed look at the Yashica EZ-F521, which has been given the nickname "Digital Holga" in the photo-blogo-sphere. This is a long look at the camera, both camera-body pictures, and full-size pictures taken with the camera, along with the menus (in Japanese). They even have a brick-wall test, the ultimate sign of respect for a lens :)
It looks like a new "cult digital camera" may be developing before our eyes! Move over iPhonography, here comes Yashicography! ;-)
For more on the camera be sure to check the CNet Asia review, posted two weeks ago. Since this camera is generating enough interest, we have created a Yashica category to organize all the related posts together.
This creates an interesting juxtaposition (we don't know what this word means, we were told to use it to make this blog sound entellegend) to the previous post talking about the Nikon D3s. You couldn't have two more complete-opposite type of cameras!
