Confessions of a Switchaholic - new unsual contest (winner receives $25 GC)

Now it is time for a rather unusual contest! It is an essay-type contest and the winner will receive a $25 Amazon.com online gift certificate. The topic? "Confessions of a Switchaholic" - write the story of your decision to switch from brand-A to brand-B, why you did so, what benefits you got, any regrets and things like that. It is an open-format, you can use any combination of text, pictures, video, etc.

How to enter
To enter the contest, leave a comment on this blog-post with a link to your story. Make sure you include a way for us to contact you (eg your blog has a working contact-me link, Twitter, email, etc).

To make life easier, it is best to write your entry on your blog, website, flickr pages, or other web-area that allows you to edit the content, since a topic like this is likely to need additions/corrections/etc.

The above is the best way to enter, but if you prefer to embed your entry in the comments, be sure to do so using an Instant Debate commenting account - it allows you to EDIT your comments. Deadlines
You must submit your entry by Monday December 7 at 11pm New York City time (worldclock). The winner will be announced by Thursday morning of that week.

Everything you write belongs to you. No rights grab whatsoever. If the winner of the contest wants us to feature a part or his/her full entry on the blog, we will do so, but that is 100% up to the winner of the contest.

Being a rather strange contest, it is possible that there will be only one entry. In such a case, if the one entry is deemed interesting (subjective evaluation), the one entry will receive the prize :)
