Zone10 speculates on next Olympus M43rds camera

Zone10.com has posted speculative list of eight points on what the next Olympus Micro Four Thirds digital camera may be. This is a blend of rumors+speculation, not a statement from Olympus. It may not be what you may have thought, they say.

There are four M43rds digital cameras right now, but they all sort of occupy a similar three-dimensional space in terms of traditional camera feature-sets. So there is room above and below this area for new models.

This is turning into the year of Micro Four Thirds, and it will certainly be interesting to see what else we may have before the end of the year and how this system will do during the holiday shopping season. Assuming of course Panasonic will have enough supplies to satisfy those interested.
