Sony reveals 3D camera technology with a single lens

Sony announced earlier today new single-lens 3D camera technology that they are planning to showcase next week at the Japanese CEATAC 2009.

This technology will allegedly not only do 3D with one-lens, but it can record as fast as 240fps (two-hundred-and-forty). Sony is also circulating a diagram of the optical path and a picture of a prototype camera.
