New digicam-retro Yashica EZ-F521
Most of the retro digital cameras have been typically harking back to the days of classic film cameras, but it appears Exemode-Yashica is going for a new digicam-retro digital camera that looks like some of the digital cameras of a few years ago. At least in terms of specs. Others see this as a "Digital Holga".
The new Yashica EZ-F521 has a 5mp 1/2.5" CMOS sensor (interpolated to 12mp), fixed lens at 43mm equivalent, a 2.4-inch LCD, optical viewfinder, SD/SDHC support, and takes AAA (triple-A) batteries. It will go on sale in Japan on October 24 for around 8000 yen.
