GearLog proclaims the Death of the DSLR

GearLog, the gadget-blog of the PC-Magazine publication, has posted a not-so-shy article proclaiming the death of the DSLR. The author goes back to the film SLR days to draw analogies and along the way, it turns into a trip down memory lane. An article with a title like that is probably going to get people "excited", but be sure to read it through and let it sink in first, before sending the "letters to the editor".

Fans of the Sony R1 will be upset that the article forgot to include the R1 in the list of fixed-lens cameras with large sensors :)
