Leaf producing oxygen again (production is on, Aptus II rolling out again)

Rescued from Kodak in late June 2009, Leaf is now back in production says Photoscala (translation) and Aptus II systems will be flowing out!

As you may recall, this year has been a very busy year in medium format, and with Leica jumping in the game, it is bringing sexy back to medium format. And while on the surface this may look like more competition for the traditional players, in the grand scheme of things, this may actually be good for all (remaining) medium format companies as Leica will cause the floodlights to shine on this market segment. And when people start reviewing or comparing the new Leica, they will have to grab a Mamiya or Phase One or a Hassy. You can only go so far with Nikon D3x and Canon 1Ds Mark III comparisons :)
