Digital Holga, a DIY that no one can afford!
You can get a film Holga for as little as $20, but there is no digital Holga. Unless of course you are the DIY type who can "scrap" other pieces and put together your DIY Digital Holga.
And as you can see in this feature at CNet Asia, one photographer did just that, by attaching a digital back to a Holga and taking plenty of pictures with it.
All that is great, except for the price tag! Because he used a medium format digital back which cost as much as a warehouse full of Holgas ;)
However, there may be hope in the future for a digital Holga, or digital-"insert your favorite camera", if enough people work together in the near-future to adopt a much more affordable digital back based on the Frankencamera.
