Canon confirmed out of PMA 2010

We saw this on computer-translated Japanese site DC Watch a few days ago, but we did not want to spread FUDs based on a computer-translation. But now this is confirmed in english! Canon is out of PMA 2010!

PDN Gear Guide confirmed this with both Canon-USA and PMA itself. Perhaps Canon is expecting Orange County to pick up the tab, just like the state of New York did for the long and winding road leading to their headquarters ;-)
