50 million Nikon lenses - how many did you buy? (updated)

It's party time at Nikonville where they celebrate 50 million lenses. Fifty million lenses starting with the Nikkor-S 5cm f2 way back in 1959. The brief Nikon celebratory statement goes on to reminds us how Nikkor got its name.
