Oops, we forgot to talk about the Sony Party Animal

What would happen if you took Nikon's Ashton Kutcher and turned him into a gadget? Why, Sony's new "Party Animal" accessory ;-)

What we call the "Party Animal", Sony calls the "Party-shot IPT-DS1". It is a optional accessory that looks like a typical camera-dock that works with both the new WX1 and TX1, and takes pictures of your party or event automatically, without the need for human interaction. It uses the available camera features (zoom, face/smile detection, etc). The humans just sit there and have fun and the camera does all the work. The IPT-DS1 takes two AA batteries. The Japanese price for this is around 15000 yen with a September release.
