Make your own tilt-shift lens for under $25

If you don't want to pay four figures for them new fancy tilt-shifters from the wine-and-cheese manufacturers, then you can just make your own!

That's what Cow Mooh did. Cow Mooh is a funny name, but the guy behind it is a research engineer at ILM. So don't let the name fool you!
