Canon to host two-day Pro event in London (what do you make of it?)

Not to be left out of the excitement, Canon has some news - the British Journal du Photographie writes that Canon is scheduling a brand new two-day pro event in London for late October 2009. While this is a pro-event per say, it can feed into the speculation of if/when Canon might announce new professional-tier products.

Wouldn't it be a shame if they have the pro-event and announce new pro-products after the pro event? Because a high-profile two-day pro-event would be a great place to show new pro-gear :-)
