Implementation fail: Nikon Coolpix S230

You may have read some of the shorter reviews of the Nikon Coolpix S230 already, but if you needed further confirmation that the earlier findings were right, there is confirmation now. DC-Resource has posted their review of the Nikon Coolpix S230. The camera spec-sheet looked promising when it was announced, but the implementation has clearly failed as you can see from the reviews.

We have to give Nikon some bonus points for at least trying to come up with something different in their Coolpix line-up, but it still won't make up for the way they messed up the RAW feature in the P6000.
